“It gives me great pleasure to greet you as the new Chairman of the British Chamber here in Cambodia. Further to the elections we had at our recent AGM, we had our first board meeting on Monday 6th May and elected our officers for the coming year. I was very fortunate to be elected your new Chair after two years of super service by the out going Chair Trevor Sworn. David Nutman has been elected to the Vice-Chair, Matthew Rendall continues in the post of Secretary, as does Benilda Fernando in the post of Treasurer. Other members of the board have joined the various committees that we have in operation for the benefit of our members and more will be said about that in the near future. The Chamber has gone from strength to strength under the leadership of Trevor and I hope to continue to drive us forward in the coming year. Our continuing goal will be to increase membership, develop more and more services and partnerships for our members and continue to be a voice for British business here in the Kingdom. We can only do that with your support and we will be outlining our goals in these areas in the coming months."
